The best cereal

One of the products I’ve discovered as I try to follow the recommendations of Richard Beliveau, a colleague of my brother Mike, is to incorporate a lot of flax seed into our diet. The cereal named in the link is our new favourite. I grind some additional flax seed in a coffee grinder and after I cook it, I add agave nectar to sweeten, ground almonds for protein and sometimes dried cherries and fresh blueberries.
